We want your MIHAILIUC bag to last, so we back it with our own 90-day warranty.
What's covered?
Our voluntary MIHAILIUC warranty runs for 90 calendar days from delivery and covers faults in materials and workmanship – for example a loose seam, a broken zip or faulty hardware.
How do I make a claim?
Email us at info@mihailiuc.co or use our contact form, and send a few photos along with your order number. Your order confirmation or invoice is enough as proof of purchase. We usually reply within one working day.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Within the 90 days we cover the repair and the postage both ways.
How long does it take?
We sort out every warranty claim within 15 calendar days of the day you tell us about it.
What isn't covered?
- normal wear and tear, and the natural ageing of the leather
- discolouration from sun, heat or damp
- damage from improper use, transport or storage
- repairs or re-colouring done by someone else
- mechanical damage, and damage from accidents or theft
- events outside anyone's control (force majeure)
Your statutory rights
Separately from this warranty, you have your statutory consumer rights if the goods are faulty – 2 years from delivery under EU law (Sale of Goods Directive (EU) 2019/771). Using these rights costs you nothing. Our warranty comes on top: it does not limit or replace your statutory rights.
