If your bag isn't quite what you hoped for, you can send it back.
How long you have
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to let us know you'd like to return something.
If you can, please send the item back:
- unused
- unaltered
- in its original packaging
- complete, with all accessories and labels
This isn't a condition of your right to withdraw. But if you've used the bag beyond simply checking it and it has lost value as a result, we may ask you to cover that loss. All the details of your legal right of withdrawal are on our right of withdrawal page.
How returns work
1. Let us know within 14 days of delivery – by email, through our contact form, or from your account (sign in with the email address you ordered with).
2. Pack the bag well, ideally in its original packaging, and post it to us at:

3. The return postage is yours to cover. We'd suggest a tracked service, so you can follow your parcel.
4. You'll get a full refund. If you'd rather exchange it, you cover the delivery cost (details below).
5. We refund you without delay – usually within 5 working days of receiving your parcel, and no later than 14 days after you tell us you're withdrawing.
Exchanges
You can exchange items within 14 calendar days of delivery. If the item is faulty, an exchange is always free for you – and under your statutory rights, that also applies after the 14 days.
If you'd like to exchange for any other reason, you cover the delivery cost.
